Junior Technical Sales
- Position as a junior* member of the sales team, based in our Bracknell offices
- Candidates do not need extensive technical knowledge but must be prepared to learn and have an aptitude for technical understanding. On-the-job training is provided in all areas of the business and the equipment and services offered.
- The sales team are not a large outbound call centre. The work is varied and involves advising prospective customers and managing their orders.
- Clear communications skills are essential, with customer interaction via telephone, email, usenet, sms, irc and other means.
- Basic computer operation skills are essential as most of the work involves use of a web browser and email applications.
- Candidates must be prepared to take on this position as a serious long term job and be prepared to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 30 minute lunch break. 25 days holiday per year.
- Three month probationary period starting on £17,000pa. Other benefits if position is made permanent include health and dental care.
